Julian Garcia works on Palladium’s Procurement team as a Technical Advisor for the Procure to Pay process. Focusing specifically on our Americas business, Julian supports innovative procurement solutions to ensure our projects have all they need to run efficiently and effectively.

Julian joined Palladium as a Procure to Pay Implementation Specialist, leveraging his extensive experience working on military procurement projects to support IT, combat, and training operations. This involved providing procurement solutions, support, and materials while deployed in complex environments such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, and Kuwait.

Prior to Palladium, Julian served in the United States Marine Corps as the IT Operations and planning officer and Procurement Manager for his unit. His service saw him deployed across the globe, including to combat operational theatres. Among his other decorations, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his contributions to military service.

Julian holds a Bachelors in Business Management and a Masters of Information Technology Management with a focus on acquisitions.
