Palladium helps businesses find the talent they need while ensuring workers have access to meaningful, well-paying jobs. From supporting American industries through H-2 visa facilitation to driving employment initiatives worldwide, we bridge the gap between employers and skilled workers—boosting economic growth and resilience.
In the U.S., we streamline the H-2 visa process, ensuring businesses in agriculture, construction, and hospitality can fill critical labor shortages with vetted, legal migrant workers. In El Salvador, our Economic Competitiveness Program (ECP) helped 395 U.S. companies access seasonal labor through the H-2 visa program, generating $168 million in additional revenue while reducing irregular migration and strengthening bilateral ties. Building on that success, the Resilience for Peace (R4P) program was designed to expand legal migration pathways, support high-growth sectors in El Salvador, and connect American employers with a carefully vetted pool of workers. While R4P has not yet been fully implemented, it remains a ready-to-launch solution with the potential to deliver immediate results for both U.S. businesses and Salvadoran communities.
In the Indo-Pacific, we implement the PALM scheme, connecting Pacific Island workers with job opportunities in Australia and New Zealand, strengthening regional economies. In the UK, we deliver the Restart program, helping long-term unemployed individuals reenter the workforce with training, job placement, and support services. And in Guatemala, our Creating Economic Opportunities project fosters entrepreneurship, strengthens local industries, and connects workers with sustainable employment—reducing migration pressures and building economic stability.
With decades of experience in workforce development, Palladium creates practical solutions that benefit both businesses and workers. Whether supporting employers in securing skilled labor, helping individuals enter the workforce, or fostering job creation in emerging markets, we ensure employment services drive long-term prosperity.
